Tomáš has been practising law since 2008. Before founding his law firm, he had worked for over six years with Havel & Partners s.r.o., a leading Czech law firm.
Since 2011, he has focused on private and VIP clients and related corporate law.
He has a long-standing interest in corporate law, including corporate transformations and sales, restructuring of holding groups, mergers and acquisitions, and legal advice on transactions with a significant tax aspect. Tomáš provides comprehensive advisory services for private clients, including issues of trusts, private holdings and family wealth structuring.
Tomáš has also been acting as a trustee, and in 2022, he completed a specialised course in trust management.
Together with his creative clients, he enjoys dealing with intellectual property, information technology, media, and advertising law matters.

Stanislav has been practising law since 2001. Before starting cooperation with Tomáš Valouch, he was a partner of Eversheds Sutherland for many years.
Since 2011, Stanislav has focused on protecting family assets, including structuring and establishing trusts, endowment funds, and similar foreign structures, succession and intergenerational capital transfer, and the creation of family constitutions. He also engages in succession and crisis planning.
In addition, he has significant experience in corporate law, including M&A and shareholder relations, as well as real estate and contract law.
Stanislav often helps to resolve disputes within the family or between associates. Stanislav is a graduate of the Family Firm Institute’s unique training program in family business administration and holds an Advanced Certificate in Family Business Advising.
Since 2020, Stanislav has been a partner of WARDENS GROUP, which specialises in succession projects and family wealth management. He has also been a trustee.
Stanislav is also a founding team member of the Centre for Family Business at the University of Economics in Prague.
Stanislav is the lead author of the book Current Issues of Succession in Family Business, published by Wolters Kluwer publishers, and the lead author of the publication issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic, Succession in a Family Business, How to Do It.

Markéta has been an associate attorney in our office since February 2023.
After studying at the Faculty of Law of the Charles University in Prague and Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn in Germany, Markéta worked for several years in England. She has been practising law in the Czech Republic since 2009. Before joining our company, she worked with the leading Czech law firm BBH, advokátní kancelář, s.r.o. and the international law firm CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang.
Markéta specialises in contract and corporate law, M&A, corporate governance, and restructuring. She has experience providing comprehensive legal services to many clients, from start-up founders and smaller family businesses to large multinational corporations and investment funds.
During her practice, she has also focused on personal data protection, real estate and corporate finance law and compliance training for clients.

Petra has been an associate attorney at our company since October 2023.
She has been practising law since 2010. Before joining our firm, she held a senior position at the international law firm Eversheds Sutherland, where she provided comprehensive legal services to a wide range of local and multinational clients, operating mainly in the automotive, engineering, and recycling sectors.
Petra’s primary focus is providing day-to-day support for her clients in commercial, real estate, corporate, and employment law.
In addition, Petra has extensive experience in personal data protection, M&A, and public procurement.

Jakub has worked as an associate attorney at our company since October 2023.
He has been practising law since 2015. Before joining our office, he worked with the international law firm Eversheds Sutherland in the Corporate Commercial team, where he provided comprehensive legal services to a wide range of clients, from family businesses to multinational corporations.
Jakub focuses primarily on M&A and corporate law, corporate governance, shareholder relations and restructurings.
Moreover, Jakub has extensive experience in real estate law, day-to-day contractual agenda, family succession and intergenerational capital transfer.

Barbora has been an associate at our law company since September 2020.
She specialises in civil law, particularly family and contract law, debt management, real estate law, criminal law, and criminal defence. Barbora has been practising law since 2009, when she worked for prominent JUDr. František Gebauer attorneys and subsequently at the law firm of JUDr. Jan Mikš and JUDr. Jan Suk where focused mainly on contractual relations, matrimonial property law, criminal law and restitution disputes.
During her practice, she also focused on debt management and recovery, representation in insolvency proceedings, and representation of clients before civil and criminal courts.
Barbora graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University. During her studies, she gained work experience at the Court Executor, JUDr. Alena Blažková, Ph.D., at the District State Prosecutor’s Office in Olomouc, and at JUDr. Ing. Pavel Schreiber, attorney at law.

Jana joined our law firm as a trainee lawyer in January 2022. In April 2023, she passed the bar exam, and since May 2023, she has been an associate attorney at our firm.
During her studies at the Faculty of Law of Charles University, she gained extensive work experience in the field of law, both as a student intern at the law firm Toman, Devátý & Partners and as an intern at the civil and criminal sections of the District Court for Prague 4 and at the Public Defender of Rights in Brno.
After graduating from the Faculty of Law, she gained over two years of experience as an associate at DKS LEGAL, specialising in corporate, criminal and contract law.
Jana also completed a one-year study programme at the School of Law and Politics at Cardiff University in the UK, where she completed her Certificate of Higher Education in Legal Studies.
Based on her experience, Jana focuses mainly on corporate and contract law.

Zuzana has been an associate attorney at our law firm, where she first worked as a trainee lawyer.
Before joining our office, Zuzana worked at a law firm Havel & Partners s.r.o., advokátní kancelář, in a team focusing on private clients. During her legal practice, she gained extensive experience in comprehensive counselling involving family matters, including representing clients in court and structuring family and corporate assets, specialising in trust funds.
Zuzana focuses on both civil and public law. Within civil law, she specialises in family law, including matrimonial property law and arrangement of relationships with children, contract law and real estate law. In public law, she is particularly interested in administrative law, including construction law and environmental law.
Zuzana graduated from the Faculty of Law in Prague. As part of her studies, she participated in the Erasmus programme, during which she studied German law at the Universität Passau in Passau. She also completed her LL.M. at the University of Cape Town in South Africa.
She also provides legal services in English and French and speaks German and Italian.

Klára has been an associate at our law firm since January 2022.
She specialises in employment law and civil law, in particular family law, real estate and contract law, as well as criminal law, including criminal defence.
Klára graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University, where she obtained her M.A. degree. She is also a graduate of the MBA programme with a focus on human resources management. She has been practising law since 2009 when she worked for the prominent Brno attorney JUDr. Petr Poledník, at the time the vice-chairman of the Czech Bar Association. Since 2013, Klára has been running her own law practice.
Klára is also an intensive lecturer, lecturing on the Labour Code and its implementation in practice since 2012. She lectures in person and online, both in custom courses directly in companies and in courses open to the public. She is the editor-in-chief of a quarterly magazine for HR and payroll accountants and the author of many professional articles.

Miloš has been part of our team since July 2022.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Palacký University in Olomouc.
During his studies, he gained experience in a broad area of general practice at the Prague law firm JAŠEK LEGAL. He practised public law, especially administrative law, at Čechovský & Václavek, a law firm, where he specialised in administrative proceedings in all their phases, including administrative justice, most often in the areas of asylum and migration law, financial law and traffic offences.
Miloš focuses on administrative, contract, and commercial law at our firm.

Oskar became a part of our office team in September 2023.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. During his studies, he completed several internships, including one at the Supreme Administrative Court.
Before joining our law office, he gained experience during his studies and as a trainee lawyer at bpv Braun Partners s.r.o., where he focused on commercial, real estate, and employment law. He subsequently advanced his knowledge at ROWAN LEGAL, advokátní kancelář s.r.o., where he was engaged in civil litigation with a focus on domestic and foreign arbitrations.
Oskar finds it fulfilling to work with active people, which is what his position as a trainee lawyer at our office allows him to do. At our firm, he focuses mainly on corporate and real estate law. Regarding his municipal and regional political activities, he also professionally deals with municipal law.
Apart from the law, Oskar is successfully involved in a family business, is active in politics, and has launched his communication platform, OSKARPODCAST.

Rostislav joined our law firm as a legal assistant in September 2023. He is currently a student at the Faculty of Law of Charles University. Since the beginning of his studies, he has gained valuable experience in the international law firm Eversheds Sutherland, s.r.o., where he dealt mainly with civil and administrative law.
Rostislav is responsible for preparing civil, commercial and administrative law research to help our more senior colleagues navigate the complexities of legal cases. He also tries to keep up with the dynamic development of legal practice by regularly following case law news and studying professional publications.
While working at our office, Rostislav enjoys combining the knowledge gained in his academic endeavours with the diverse challenges of application practice. At the same time, he appreciates the opportunity to explore new areas that should be given more attention to the curriculum. When he puts away the textbooks and legal regulations, Rostislav devotes his free time to his passion for board games.

Hana joined our team in January 2022 as an office and team assistant.
Prior to joining our firm, she worked as an assistant to the managing partner at Fučík & Partners, s.r.o. and, after the merger, as an executive assistant in the Grant Thornton Czech Republic a.s. group.
While working as an assistant, Hana also handled other projects, such as coordinating the sale of a client’s real estate, relocating, securing, and organising client offices, participating in a project to establish a company, and other smaller projects.
In addition to her experience in administrative positions, Hana has also been engaged in telecommunications project coordination and English language teaching.
Hana graduated from the University of Economics.

Lenka doplnila asistentskou posilu v srpnu 2023 jako další asistentka kanceláře a týmu.
Před příchodem do Valouch Servus pracovala jako asistentka manažerů IBM CEE Praha, kde organizovala obchodní i společenská setkání top manažerů různých oblastí firmy (CEE, NCEE, EMEA) a především setkávání s klienty.
Kromě asistentské praxe pracovala jako prodejní manažerka v Londýně, kde spravovala pronájmy kancelářských prostor v obchodních centrech a udržovala partnerství s brokery a agenty v oblasti pronájmu a prodeje realit. V Londýně se také podílela na organizaci společenských a obchodních eventů včetně pronájmů prostor a realizace cateringu.
Pracovní zkušenosti zahájila v Bostonu, U.S., jako prodejní asistentka 5 star hotelů. V Bostonu rovněž absolvovala Northeastern University a získala titul Bc. v Obchodním Managementu.
