We are delighted to be joined by Markéta Franková, who joins us from CMS Cameron McKenna, where she has worked for the past 4 years as a member of its corporate team. Prior to that, Markéta worked at BBH for 10 years.
Markéta is an experienced lawyer with a strong pro-client approach and a focus on contract and corporate law, M&A, corporate governance, restructuring and GDPR. She has helped a wide range of clients from partners founding startups to large investment funds, including 2019 CEE Deal of the Year, 2021 Best European PPP deal and CVCA Venture Capital Deal of the Year 2022 nomination.
