Tomáš Kupský joined our law firm as a new attorney in November 2025.
He has been practicing law since 2020. He first worked as a legal assistant to František Schulmann, LL.D. After obtaining his master’s degree from the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University, he worked at the law firm Řanda Havel Legal, and subsequently with JUDr. Jan Szewczyk, where he focused primarily on civil law, debt management, and real estate law, including representing clients in civil court proceedings.
Tomáš specializes in civil law, particularly real estate law, contract law, debt collection, civil proceedings, and insolvency proceedings. What he enjoys most about practicing law is designing solutions tailored to the specific needs of his clients. His greatest motivation is to find practical and effective solutions that truly help his clients.
