He first worked as a legal assistant to Franti\u0161ek Schulmann, LL.D. After obtaining his master&#8217;s degree from the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University, he worked at the law firm \u0158anda Havel Legal, and subsequently with JUDr. Jan Szewczyk, where he focused primarily on civil law, debt management, and real estate law, including representing clients in civil court proceedings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tom\u00e1\u0161 specializes in civil law, particularly real estate law, contract law, debt collection, civil proceedings, and insolvency proceedings. What he enjoys most about practicing law is designing solutions tailored to the specific needs of his clients.
